“We are proud to be working with Noon Foods to produce ready to eat food that is
cooked to the exact recipes that we use in the restaurant to our exceedingly
high standards.” Adi Modi, Director of The Bombay Brasserie.
The Bombay Brasserie restaurant was launched in London in 1982. It quickly
established itself as one of the most influential of all Indian restaurants and
has remained a landmark restaurant for over 20 years.
Working together, chefs from Bombay Brasserie and Noon have created a delectable
range based on the restaurant’s most popular, award-winning dishes. Prepared to
Bombay Brasserie’s own recipes, and produced under the restaurant's supervision
by Noon, the range evokes the taste of traditional home- cooked dishes.
The range features the very popular Take-away Meal Box for Two, which is the
perfect way to bring restaurant-quality Indian dining into the home. Included in
this meal are Hyderabadi Bhuna Chicken, Chicken Tikka Makhani, Khatte Meethe
Aloo, Mushroom Pilau, Spinach Pilau and a large Tandoori Naan.
The range also includes Takeaway Meal Box for one and a variety of individual main courses, including the
award-winning Lamb Jardaloo*, Bengali Prawn Curry, Chicken Dakshini and Chicken
Kolhapuri
Kadai Chicken with Spinach Pilau and Lamb do Rukha with Saffron Rice are
available as Complete Meals for One while the range of accompaniments includes
Rogani Mushrooms, Cashew Mutter Pilau and a twin-pack of Garlic & Coriander
Naans.
Bombay Brasserie is available in selected Sainsbury’s, Budgens and Somerfield
stores.
