Rao spent 22
years with the Taj Group of Hotels, India, and
was instrumental in the launch of The Bombay Brasserie, London. He has travelled extensively
researching in China, Israel and Europe. An
integral part of Noon Products, he has a great
wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for Indian
food, which he willingly shares with the many
customers he meets on his visits and
demonstrations to stores throughout Europe.
