After Graduating from IHM, New Delhi Manish joined the
Taj Group of Hotels as Kitchen Executive Trainee where
he worked at the famous Tea House of August Moon (Taj
Palace, New Delhi) and The House of Ming (Taj Mahal, New
Delhi) with Master Chefs from China. Thereafter he
successfully opened the Fine Dining Oriental Restaurant
at Taj Exocita, Goa.
Before joining Noon Products in 2006, Manish worked as
Head Chef for a Choice Group Hotel in the Midlands.
