After Post Graduating in “Tourism and
Hotel Management” in 1996, Pankaj joined Master Chefs
from Thailand to open the “Oriental Octopus” Restaurant
at the India Habitat Centre, Delhi. He became Chef
In-Charge at this classical fine dining restaurant
before moving to U.K. in 2003 to join Hotel Portland,
Folkestone as Executive Chef. He won Bronze Medal in
the All India competition in Delhi in the Asian cuisine
category in 2002. Pankaj started his career in 1988
with a Diploma from the Food Craft Institute in Delhi
and has worked in many 4 and 5 star hotels. He joined
Noon Products as Executive Chef for the Collett Way site
in 2006.
