After graduating from
IHM, Aurangabad Mayank trained as a chef with the Taj Group
where he worked at the Orient Express, a leading
Continental fine-dining restaurant. Subsequently he was
selected as the opening Chef for Masala Art, a
contemporary Indian restaurant pioneering live cooking
combined with regional Indian cuisine, before joining
Noon Products in 2003.
