Graduated
from IHM, Delhi, in 1995 and spent the next five
years as a chef at The Oberoi Centre of Learning
and Development in New Delhi, the Oberoi Group
being one of the leading hotel chains in India,
where he gained experience in regional Indian
and world cuisines such as Italian, Oriental and
Mexican. During his tenure as a chef with
Oberoi he also worked with renowned
international chefs in bakery and confectionary.
Before moving to the UK he worked as Chef in
Charge of Main Kitchen in The Oberoi, New Delhi.
