After
graduating from IHM, Madras Jay joined the Oberoi
Group as Executive Kitchen Trainee where he
worked as Chef in Charge for both a speciality
Indian restaurant and a 24-hour coffee shop. On
moving to the UK he gained valuable experience
as a head chef in a London restaurant before
joining Noon Products in 2003.
