After graduating in 1999 from IHM Mumbai, Sunit worked
with an Italian Chef in the Fine Dining Restaurant. He
then went to work with celebrity Chef Sanjeer Kapoor
working as a restaurant consultant for television shows
and on cookery books. Before joining Noon Products
Sunit worked for the Thistle Group Hotels in Bristol.
Sunit specialises in Italian and regional Indian
cuisine.
